What are the different services available?

Meeting Point (shuttle meets at a church, park, or other safe location)
Door-to-Door (shuttle picks up and drops off at your home address)
Sports Shuttles (shuttles drop off at Meeting Points for those in sports or activities)
Group Transfers (Group transfers for sports teams, field trips, concerts, parties)
One Ride (Occasional rides, request 24 hours in advance or same day by 11 AM)

What is the cost of the school bus service?

We offer many different options for school transportation, to several schools which have different schedules and locations. The monthly cost of school transportation can vary greatly based on the locations and the options you select. Contact us with the name of your child's school and we will send you the registration link which includes all the options and monthly rates.

Is there a deadline to register?

Registration closes on June 15, 2024 for the 2024-25 school year. After June 15, all registrations received will be placed on a waiting list, and accepted based on availability.

Is the commitment for the entire school year?

Service can be canceled or suspended anytime throughout the school year, providing written notice at least 5 days before the billing date. The registration fee is an annual fee charged each school year and is non-refundable after August 12, 2024. Modifications to the monthly plan can be made every month, at least 5 days before the billing date.

Where do I register for the school bus service?

Please contact us to request your child's school shuttle registration link. If you use the "Message Us" button, kindly state your name, the name of your child's school and the neighborhood where you live. We will send you the proper registration link via text, WhatsApp, or E-mail.

How do the Late Buses work?

For certain schools, we operate the Late Buses, also known as the Sports Shuttles. They operate Monday through Friday, at the scheduled times. Students registered for this service have the option to ride on any of the Late Buses / Sports Shuttles offered. The Late Buses only drop off at Meeting Points, door-to-door drop off is NOT available on Late Buses.

Do shuttles operate on early dismissal days?

JM Shuttles will be on campus before dismissal on all early dismissal days throughout the school year. Please note on Early Dismissal days, all Late Buses / Sports Shuttles will depart ONE HOUR earlier than the regular schedule regardless of the time of the early dismissal. During exams or early dismissal before 12:00 noon, Late Buses / Sports Shuttles do not operate.

What if my child needs a ride to a different address?

If your child needs to be dropped off at a different location, you can request to ride a shuttle to a different neighborhood at no additional cost, based on seating availability.

Is there an option for occasional rides only?

We have a program called the OneRide service. This option is perfect for anyone who may only need a ride from time-to-time or in an emergency. OneRides may be requested as early as two weeks in advance, or as late as the same day, before 1 PM. For this service you pay only the rides used, not a monthly amount. We offer the OneRide Membership with an annual registration fee of $150; this provides a 20% discount on all OneRides used during the school year. OneRide Members will be on our email distribution list for service updates and special promotions.

What is the cost for a Group Transfer or Field Trip?

Click on the link below to request an estimate for your Group Transfer. We can accomodate groups of all sizes, either in one shuttle or multiple shuttles. Our shuttles are available for field trips, birthday parties, concerts, team sports tournaments, or corporate team outings. Estimates are sent via email after we receive the details of your request.
